CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING
We do not offer refunds for any reason.

For Multi-Week Classes: due to class schedules we are not able to offer make-up classes for multi-week classes.
Check your schedule and make sure you can attend every class.*

For Workshops or Private Lessons: please note, we schedule our instructors, purchase and prepare materials for each class and student; if you can email us (info@theneonneedle.com) a week or more before the class, we can reschedule your class or offer you credit.*

If you can’t attend class #1 in Learn to Sew 1: this class is the foundation on which all future classes are built! You cannot attend the other classes in a session without taking this class first. Let us know ASAP. If possible, we’ll book you in for a 120-min One-on-One Lesson before the 2nd class in order to go over what you missed and get you up to speed. The cost is $175+ HST.*
