What is a serger? If you look inside your t-shirt, you’ll see loopy threads- it’s made with a serger not a sewing machine. Inside your jeans, a serger is used to finish the edge so it doesn’t fray.
This is our favorite serger we’ve ever used - domestic or industrial. It’s compact, easy, and straight forward. For several years I went from doing rolled seams on chiffon to serging through multiple layers of denim and back to chiffon (I didn’t even change the needles) and it just goes like butter!
